Understanding Pregnancy & Postpartum: Biology, Health, and Experience

Pregnancy is an exciting time in which mom and baby grow together. We study how the mom's and baby's bodies collaborate during pregnancy to support the health of both people. We also study the lived experiences of pregnant and postpartum individuals navigating the healthcare system. By combining biological and social perspectives, we aim to better understand pregnancy and postpartum period.
